By accessing or using Fylo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Fylo is operated by Fylo Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

Fylo is an AI-powered GST invoice management platform that provides:

Automated invoice data extraction using artificial intelligence
GST calculation and validation tools
Invoice storage and organization
GST return preparation assistance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Business analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use Fylo, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
Upload fraudulent, misleading, or fake invoices
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While Fylo uses advanced AI technology to extract invoice data, the accuracy of extraction is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for GST filing or any official purposes. We recommend always comparing extracted data with original invoices.

6. Subscription and Payments

Fylo offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free tier includes limited invoice processing per month
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Fylo Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded invoices and business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions regarding liability and dispute resolution shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
